Administrative Technician III E16C This position is located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
Annual Salary: $34,999.65 plus full state employee benefits Job related travel is occasional . – Must possess a valid driver’s license and must maintain required car insurance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requirements at this level consist of 24 months of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Responsibilities:
- This position is a full-time in an office setting
- Serves as the Navigator at reception by assisting customers with inquiries; answering general questions; entering and retrieving client information in the computer; and uploading documents timely and accurately
- Demonstrate the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesy
- Serves as the EBT clerk.
- Make appropriate program referrals to community resources.
- Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring that inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and in a timely manner
- Participate in individual and staff conferences.
- Must attend all mandatory trainings associated with the position
- Writes, presents, and interprets information in a clear, concise, and organized manner
- Maintain compliance with Adult and Family Services business processes, policies, and standards
- Performing various backup duties as required.
