Position: Administrative Coordinator / Office Administrator

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM — 3:00 PM

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of a busy flooring company. This individual will play a critical role in supporting daily operations, coordinating field crews, and ensuring projects are scheduled and executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily schedules and dispatch flooring installation crews
  • Prepare crews with job details, materials, and necessary documentation
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal team members
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and project timelines
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide professional customer service
  • Assist with HR-related administrative tasks and employee support
  • Monitor workflow and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Support management with various administrative and operational duties

Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and other business software
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with scheduling, dispatching, logistics, or project coordination preferred
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
