What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, travel, and other operational activities
  • Prepare and audit complex records, edit documents, and review work completed by others
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for individuals and groups, providing organizational information
  • Develop and manage communications according to established policies and procedures
  • Maintain electronic and physical records related to work operations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Experience providing administrative support in a professional office setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience coordinating complex schedules and activities for multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Strong customer service and professional communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience providing administrative support to senior or executive leadership
  • Meeting management experience, including scheduling and minute-taking
  • Experience working in an academic medical center or healthcare-related environment
  • Familiarity with project management or workflow tools
  • Knowledge of institutional policies related to travel, purchasing, and event management
