What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, travel, and other operational activities
- Prepare and audit complex records, edit documents, and review work completed by others
- Serve as a primary point of contact for individuals and groups, providing organizational information
- Develop and manage communications according to established policies and procedures
- Maintain electronic and physical records related to work operations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Experience providing administrative support in a professional office setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience coordinating complex schedules and activities for multiple stakeholders
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience providing administrative support to senior or executive leadership
- Meeting management experience, including scheduling and minute-taking
- Experience working in an academic medical center or healthcare-related environment
- Familiarity with project management or workflow tools
- Knowledge of institutional policies related to travel, purchasing, and event management
