What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Initiate outbound calls to insured customers within 24 hours on behalf of the insurance carrier
- Provide adjuster contact information and clearly explain next steps in the claims process
- Accurately document call attempts and customer interactions using provided templates and systems
- Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and strong communication skills when assisting customers
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to follow documented processes
- Reliable internet connection and personal equipment (laptop and phone required)
