What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the department Director/Manager, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes
  • Assist with the recruitment process by conducting initial phone screenings and scheduling interviews
  • Serve as a centralized contact for community or fundraising event requests, coordinating staffing for events and trainings
  • Compile data and outcome reports as required by the department
  • Manage departmental supply levels and maintain clinical/crisis chart materials

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Associate’s degree in Business or a related field, or a combination of specialized training and 4 years of experience
  • Minimum of two years recent experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Valid Arizona Driver’s License with no major infractions in the past 39 months
