What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital (ECVC) & Intellectual Property (IP) practices
- Manage CRM database (Interaction) and maintain contacts
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling department events, meetings, and lunches
- Monitor and file emails across multiple inboxes, ensuring timely responses
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Two-year college degree or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom platform
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly

- Familiarity with event and list management
- Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment
