MS Shift is a fast-growing SaaS platform used by global hospitality companies including hotels, resorts, and security teams. Our platform helps organizations manage incident reporting, daily operations, patrol tracking, and team communication.
We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant who wants to grow into Onboarding and Customer Success roles as the company scales.
Role Overview
This role will support leadership, operations, and the customer success team with administrative tasks, scheduling, documentation, and customer coordination. Over time, this position can evolve into a Customer Success / Client Onboarding Specialist role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in SaaS, technology, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and customer calls
- Prepare documents, reports, and internal communications
- Assist with CRM updates (Salesforce or similar)
- Organize customer information and onboarding documentation
- Support leadership with operational tasks and coordination
Customer & Onboarding Support
- Help coordinate new customer onboarding sessions
- Assist in preparing training materials and documentation
- Join onboarding and customer meetings to take notes and track action items
- Ensure customers receive follow-up information and resources
- Track onboarding progress and customer requests
Growth into Customer Success
Over time the role may expand to include:
- Supporting customer onboarding and implementation
- Helping manage customer relationships
- Monitoring customer adoption and satisfaction
- Assisting with renewals and upsell opportunities
- Coordinating customer training sessions
Qualifications
- 5 years experience as Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Customer Support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Linkedin, Salesforce
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- 60 WPM
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Customer Success or Sales teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Experience in SaaS, technology company
