What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide advanced administrative and program support to the Healthy Families Program
- Evaluate office procedures and filing systems for efficiency, implementing improvements as needed
- Maintain and monitor supplies for educational and promotional items for community events
- Manage databases for tracking program information and generate reports as required
- Assist with the referral process by entering information and providing overviews of the program to families
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Graduate or GED
- Minimum of three years of advanced administrative support experience, including proficiency with Office 365 and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Experience with spreadsheet development and management
- Ability to work independently and use initiative in addressing non-routine matters

- Previous experience working with diverse populations or in a similar capacity
- Knowledge of the needs and concerns of low-income and marginalized populations
- Experience in social service work or related fields
