Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant provides support to Operations, Human Resources, and Accounting by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and monitoring projects.
Responsibilities include improving business operations, managing visitor security and record-keeping, handling calls, verifying invoices, preparing correspondence and reports, maintaining office supplies, and handling sensitive communications with confidentiality.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with at least three years of related experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
This role demands physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and good vision.
