What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Coordinate workforce management, including shift postings and coverage needs
- Support hiring processes by conducting pre-screen calls and scheduling interviews
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes
- Maintain accurate records and support data tracking and reporting needs
- Draft and distribute internal communications and program updates
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma with 2-3 years of administrative experience, or an associate degree with 1-2 years of experience
- Strong computer competency, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple demands
- Successful completion of a criminal background check, child protective service check, and sex offender check
