What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Coordinate workforce management, including shift postings and coverage needs
  • Support hiring processes by conducting pre-screen calls and scheduling interviews
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes
  • Maintain accurate records and support data tracking and reporting needs
  • Draft and distribute internal communications and program updates

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma with 2-3 years of administrative experience, or an associate degree with 1-2 years of experience
  • Strong computer competency, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple demands
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check, child protective service check, and sex offender check

  • Experience in a crisis service or similar supportive role
  • Familiarity with data systems and program management tools
  • Strong commitment to respectful and inclusive communication practices
