What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Process and e-file client tax returns and mailings as necessary
- Provide dedicated partner support including time and expense entry, billing, and travel assistance
- Assist in the preparation, proofreading, and processing of various documents to ensure error-free work
- Organize and maintain calendars for assigned partners, coordinating logistics for meetings and conference calls
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the highest professional standards in all communications
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in an administrative role
- Associate’s degree or a high school diploma/GED with equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of office methods, procedures, and business English usage, including spelling and grammar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle communications professionally with both internal personnel and external clients
