Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The specialist will oversee and manage accounts receivable tasks including invoicing, monitoring payments, and resolving discrepancies. Responsibilities include conducting debt collection efforts, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records. Clear and effective communication with clients to address billing inquiries will also be a central part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance and Invoicing processes
• Strong analytical skills to monitor payments and identify discrepancies
• Skill in Debt Collection and resolving payment-related issues
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills for client and team interactions
• Experience with accounting software and tools is a plus
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
