Accounts Payable Manager

Seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager in Southfield, MI to lead a high-volume, multi-entity AP function.

Key responsibilities include supervising two AP Specialists, managing workload and quality, overseeing full-cycle AP operations across 35+ properties, ensuring accurate and timely payments, resolving vendor disputes, and driving automation initiatives. The role involves staff hiring, performance management, and vendor relationship oversight.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 5-7 years of AP experience, 3+ years in management, and familiarity with multi-entity environments and internal controls. Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or real estate is preferred.

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually. The position offers a hybrid work model, with employment as direct hire.
