Accounts Payable Coordinator

Job Description

OneSource Building Technologies (OSBT) provides integrated, value-added solutions and services to large-scale national and international customers with a global service provider network, a single point of contact, accountability, consistent quality and on-time delivery.

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. This individual will support our Accounts Payable Manager, perform Accounts Payable-related functions, and assist with other clerical tasks within the accounting and finance department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with:
The review of incoming invoices for accuracy, posting in the system, and monitoring timely payments
Managing AP email inbox, including payment inquiries, disputes, and invoices
Recording bank transactions and updating the accounting system accordingly
Reviewing and posting credit card transactions; reconciling monthly statements
Entering 300+ entries a week for payments (data entry)
Ensuring vendor invoices are matched with the respective purchase orders
Manage utility, vehicle, and various other company payments on various websites, payment methods, and payment platforms
Administrative duties, including depositing checks, processing incoming mail, and preparing outgoing checks

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working in an Accounts Payable role is a plus, but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles
Experience with Great Plains software is a plus

Ability to prioritize and complete assignments with strict deadlines.
Must be able to work well under pressure and within time constraints.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
