Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Clerk, located in Mount Laurel, NJ. The Accounts Payable Clerk will handle daily payment processing, maintain accurate financial records, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and manage vendor communications. The individual will also be responsible for reconciling accounts, supporting the finance team, and adhering to compliance and company accounting policies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Finance and Accounting
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and understanding of Invoicing processes
• Effective Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in financial operations is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role is highly desirable
