• Manage end-to-end accounting for commercial real estate properties

• Lead CAM recovery calculations and tenant reconciliations

• Oversee preparation of financial statements, including year-end audit documentation

• Handle loan compliance reporting, covenant calculations, and draw packages

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy and transparency in financial reportingRequired Experience:

• 5+ years of property accounting experience in commercial real estate

• Demonstrated expertise in CAM recoveries and year-end audit preparation

• Direct experience with loan compliance reporting and financial covenantsRequired Skills (Top 3 Must-Haves):

• CAM (Common Area Maintenance) recoveries and reconciliations

• Audit preparation and financial statement reporting

• Loan compliance and covenant tracking
