Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts professional with mid-level ERP experience and exposure to Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) operations. The role supports core accounting activities with a strong focus on general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial accuracy within a fast-paced commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Perform regular balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Process and review financial transactions within ERP systems, including Odoo
• Support accounting activities related to CPG operations, including sales, inventory, and cost of goods sold (COGS)
• Reconcile inventory and related accruals
• Investigate and resolve variances and discrepancies in financial records
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting standards
• Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and finance teams to support accurate reporting

Required Experience & Skills

• Mid-level experience working with ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and reconciliations
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP
• Experience in CPG / FMCG companies or shared services environments
