Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Plano, TX. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering strong client relationships. Daily tasks will include handling client communications, developing and executing strategic account plans, monitoring account performance, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions. The Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying upsell opportunities and directing them towards revenue growth.
