About the Sales Team

Symplast’s sales team is a high-accountability, performance-driven group made up of professionals from diverse healthcare and SaaS backgrounds. We are growing and looking for Account Executives who thrive in consultative selling environments, take ownership of results, and are motivated by solving meaningful operational challenges for healthcare practices.

About the Role

As an Account Executive at Symplast, you willown the full sales cycle — from prospecting through close — selling a workflow-critical healthcare SaaS platform to plastic surgery practices, med spas, and physician-led clinics.

This role requires more than relationship building. Successful AEs at Symplast are disciplined sellers who can conduct deep discovery, manage complex sales cycles, articulate ROI, and confidently guide prospects through system change. You will partner closely with Practice Analysts, Marketing, and Leadership to deliver a consultative, high-trust buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a full-cycle sales pipeline within an assigned territory
  • Drive new business through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and referrals
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls with surgeons, physicians, practice owners, and administrators
  • Navigate objections related to switching systems, workflows, cost, and adoption
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and quota targets
  • Partner cross-functionally with Practice Analysts, Marketing, Product, and Senior Leadership
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene
  • Represent Symplast professionally in demos, meetings, and industry events
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of SaaS sales experience, owning deals end-to-end
  • Proven ability to close subscription-based software
  • Experience managing consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • History of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Comfort selling workflow-driven, intangible value (efficiency, ROI, compliance)

Strongly Preferred Experience

  • Healthcare SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling into Medical practices, Physician-owned or owner-operator businesses
  • Familiarity with healthcare or clinical workflows
  • Experience selling EHR, practice management, patient engagement, billing, or adjacent healthcare technology

Education & Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proficiency with standard business tools (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
