About the Role
A creative consulting agency that works with CPG, lifestyle, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, and mission-driven brands is hiring an Account Executive. The agency creates culturally fluent content and strategy for clients across digital and social channels, operating as a nimble, remote-first team with an office in downtown Boston available for optional use.
This is a hybrid account management and light social media role. The Account Executive will serve as the day-to-day client contact across the agency’s roster, running meetings, translating client goals into internal briefs, managing timelines and budgets, and keeping deliverables on track. The role also includes hands-on social media support: assisting with content calendars, writing captions, posting content, monitoring community engagement, and pulling monthly metrics. The position touches every internal team, from creative and strategy to influencer and production.
A strong fit for someone who loves both the relationship side and the content side of agency work, stays highly organized under pressure, and is excited by the mix of client-facing communication and hands-on digital marketing. Two years of agency experience is required, and daily AI tool use is expected.
What the Role Covers
- Serving as the day-to-day client contact across a diverse roster of brands
- Running client meetings, maintaining weekly agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring deliverables are met
- Translating client goals into clear internal briefs for creative, strategy, and influencer teams
- Anticipating client needs, proactively identifying opportunities, and helping shape quarterly plans
- Maintaining timelines, budgets, and scopes across accounts
- Assisting with monthly content calendars, approvals, and posting schedules
- Uploading content, writing captions, and formatting assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Monitoring community engagement (comments, DMs, tags) and escalating when needed
- Pulling monthly and quarterly metrics from platform insights and preparing topline summaries
- Tracking trends and competitor activity to inform content and client recommendations
- Supporting internal workflows across creative, influencer, strategy, and production teams
- Helping launch small campaigns across organic, paid, and influencer channels
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in account management, social media, marketing, or agency work
- 2 years of agency experience required
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and basic platform analytics
- Experience writing captions, posting content, and managing social calendars
- Proven ability to manage timelines, communication threads, and multiple stakeholders
- AI proficiency required for daily use in drafting, organization, research, and workflow speed
- Exceptional communicator who is clear, calm, and client-ready
- Highly organized with a detail-oriented, solutions-first approach
- Warm, professional, and able to build trust quickly across different personalities
- Bonus: ability to build AI workflows, custom GPTs, or automations across project management tools
