Our agency opened in 2018 and is a close-knit team of two. I’ve been with State Farm since 2005 and come from a long line of insurance professionals as a third-generation State Farm agent. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. - Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
