Hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Richardson, TX

BlazerJobs is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Richardson, Texas for the 20252026 school year. This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote each week, offering the perfect balance of flexibility and in-person collaboration.

Position Details:

• Location: Richardson, TX

• Schedule: Full-time, school hours

• Hybrid Model: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

• Dates: Full 20252026 school year

• Caseload: Varies based on district needs (K-12)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language services in both onsite and virtual settings

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring

• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with staff and families

• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with documentation requirements

• Support students in articulation, language, fluency, and social communication

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Texas SLP license (CCC required; CFs may be considered)

• Experience with school-aged children preferred

• Comfortable delivering services via teletherapy platforms
