BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Wilmington, Delaware for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time onsite position working with a preschool caseload, providing early intervention and language development services to young learners.

Position Details:

• Location: Wilmington, DE

• Start Date: September 17, 2025

• End Date: June 15, 2026

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week

• Schedule: Monday Friday, school hours

• Caseload: Preschool

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to preschool students

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring

• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with parents, teachers, and staff

• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with documentation requirements

• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Delaware SLP license (CCC required, CFs may be considered)

• Experience with preschool/early childhood populations preferred

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
