求人内容 仕事内容​ H&Mのセールスアドバイザーとして、お客様が快適にショッピングをお楽しみいただけるようにサポートいたします。笑顔でカスタマーをお迎えし、お探しの商品を見つけやすいように店内を案内しながら、H＆Mの商品をご紹介します。 ​ 当社の理念を大切にし、自身の成長と会社の成長に貢献していきます。 ​ ​ 主な業務​ カスタマーが自分に合う商品を選べるよう、ファッションや商品についての知識をわかりやすく伝える。 ​ H＆Mでのお買い物に満足していただけるようチームと協力して、期待以上のサービスを提供する。 ​ 常に品揃えが豊富な売場とバックオフィスが整理整頓され、快適に過ごせるように保つ。 ​ ストアー（店舗）の開店および閉店業務をサポートする。 ​ カスタマーと接する際は、自身とブランドの魅力をポジティブに伝える。 ​ チームメンバー ​ 私たちのストアー（店舗）は、カスタマーが直接ブランドを感じられる H＆Mの大切な場所です。セールスアドバイザーやストアマネージャー（店長）、ビジュアルマーチャンダイザーなど、店舗で働く全員が温かく魅力的な雰囲気作りを心がけています。また、エリアチームとも協力し、他の店舗と情報を共有して一緒に成功を目指しています。チームと共に、カスタマーが自分にぴったりな最新のトレンドやスタイルを楽しめるようにサポートします。カスタマーとの良い関係を築きながら、ファッションを多くの人に届けています。 ​ ​ 応募資格​ 以下のような方を求めています。 ​ ファッション、リテール、または接客経験・興味（未経験可）がある方。 ​ ​ […]
