Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Junior Product Owner to support product development by gathering requirements and working closely with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams. This role involves regular communication with internal teams and end-users. You’ll help define the product vision, manage the backlog, and prioritize tasks based on stakeholder needs. Strong domain knowledge is essential, along with the ability to balance priorities and oversee each stage of development through to final delivery.

Skills and Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a technical product owner

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with SAFe or Scrum Agile, managing multiple projects and teams.

  • Familiar with the full product lifecycle and development methodologies.

  • Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with all levels, including senior leadership.

  • Solid understanding of both business and technical concepts.

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

  • Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, front-end, and cloud technologies.

  • Skilled in creative problem-solving.

  • Experience leading engineering roadmaps and shaping product vision. Experience with Salesforce modules: CRM, CPQ, and or PSA.
