Our team is responsible for the execution of subassembly hardware deliverable requirements related to PAC-3 recertification, stockpile reliability testing, and repair processing.What You Will Be Doing As the PAC-3 Sustainment Production Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the program, coordinating across multiple manufacturing sites & functions to achieve goals, and managing multiple control accounts as a Production Operations Control Account Manager (CAM). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage subassembly requirements to support the final assembly IOP and build back schedules for Missile Maintenance contracts by managing adequate setback in support of Missile delivery flexibility.
  • Coordinate with multiple LM sites to establish and manage subassembly repair schedules and ensure hardware execution/priorities that support overall program IOP.
  • Manage daily tactical requirements in balance with long-term, strategic efforts to improve Production Operations performance.
  • Build effective relationships across multiple production sites that enable development of mutually benefiting strategies, seamless collaboration, and overall strengthening of the LTIAMD Production Operations team.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
  • Must have or be able to obtain a security

clearance

  • Production site, shop floor, or manufacturing

experience

  • Possess appropriate political acumen to

successfully present compelling cases to a
variety of customers (Project Office, Program
Office and Senior Management)

  • A clear understanding of production processes

Desired skills

  • Control Account Management Certified
  • Ability to work cross functionally with teams with a variety of backgrounds, job functions, and geographic locations
  • Strong operating knowledge of SAP/MRO
  • Familiarity with Sustainment environments and typical depot-related processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task to achieve results
  • Demonstrated skills in team building and leading through influence
