Requirements


Must have:

– I have gathered over 5 years of professional experience in the IT technologies or electronics domain, ideally in a field or hospital-based service environment. Experience with patient monitoring systems and telemetry units is highly favored. – My skill set includes network configuration and/or troubleshooting expertise, along with possession of the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification or equivalent experience. – I hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical fields, or other related disciplines, or I have more than 9 years of relevant experience. – I am able to meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements, with or without accommodation. – I am eager to join a dynamic team and am driven by the desire to make a difference.

Responsibilities:


  • I will collaborate with healthcare institutions to ensure the successful integration of solutions into the customer IT environment, acting as a subject matter expert for complex IT concepts to guarantee complete solution delivery. – I will deploy and/or integrate software solutions within my area of expertise that involve complex IT systems, ensuring reliable output to hospital IT environments, particularly for life-critical data. I will also educate customers on the maintenance of these systems. – I will document solutions to enable support teams and other consultants to engage in support and development. – I will practice robust configuration management and version control, driving continuous improvement of our implementation methodologies and service offerings based on feedback from customers. – As a key member of the implementation project and/or support team, I will promote collaboration by sharing experiences, information, perspectives, skills, and expertise.

The salary range for this position in Florida is between $87,750 and $140,400 annually, and actual base pay may vary based on various factors such as experience and location. Additional compensation, including annual incentive bonuses and the opportunity to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, is available. Relocation benefits are not provided for this position, and candidates must reside in Florida.
