Job Description

• Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs invasive procedures to assist in evaluating pathologies.
• Explains examination procedures to patients and prepares them accordingly.
• Prepares contrast media, medications, and IV solutions for administration.
• Reviews clinical data, analyzes anatomy, sets up equipment, and assists Radiologist with diagnostic procedures.
• Prepares sterile equipment, physiological monitors, pressure injectors, and imaging equipment.
• Assesses patient condition before, during, and after procedures.
• Manually controls imaging equipment to obtain diagnostic images.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Duration: 13 weeks

Education/Licenses Needed

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Current BLS certification
• Registered with ARRT, advanced registry in Vascular Radiography preferred
