Title: Mechanical EngineerLocation: Warren, OhioShift: Full Time, 7am – 3:30pm
Salary: $40 – $43/Hr + OTMechanical Engineer Role:As a Mechanical Engineer, you will handle engineering functions related to customer orders and projects, focusing on the design and documentation of mechanical systems. This role exists to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of mechanical drawings, bills of material, and technical support for advanced equipment used in heat treating and melting various types of metal.Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities:Prepare mechanical drawings of induction heating and melting equipment using AutoCADDesign part manipulation machinery from customer specifications or sketchesCreate bills of material and write engineering reportsPerform engineering calculations and assist with field service activitiesPrepare and update instruction manuals for equipment operation and maintenanceCollaborate with vendors and maintain customer contact as assignedAssist in training junior engineering staffMaintain a high level of computer proficiency in AutoCAD or Pro E/SolidworksEnsure compliance with company standards and confidentiality requirementsSupport other Engineering Department tasks as neededMechanical Engineer Reporting Relationships:

Direct Reports: NoneAbout You: Hold a college degree in Mechanical EngineeringDemonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD or Pro E/Solidworks (minimum 5 years)Possess advanced mathematical skills and apply them regularlyExhibit strong reasoning and decision-making abilitiesMaintain high accuracy and accountability in all tasksDemonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skillsShow leadership potential within project teamsUnderstand and protect confidential company and customer informationAdapt to changing project requirements and prioritiesDisplay a commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentNext Steps:
