【Key Responsibilities】

Manage projects with local manufacturing partners, ensuring end-to-end delivery and quality from production to shipment.

Proactively identify risks related to materials, manufacturing, and quality, and provide effective solutions.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Planning, Engineering, Factories) to resolve issues and secure on-time delivery.

Build and maintain local manufacturing capabilities (e.g., APV injection processes) and ensure stable daily operations.

Benchmark local factory best practices and industry standards, conduct competitive landscape analysis on manufacturing capacity and layout, and support the development of second-source suppliers.

【Qualifications】

Bachelor’s degree or above (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).

3+ years’ project management experience in U.S.-based factories (manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering-related).

Experience in production planning, material management, delivery assurance, manufacturing. NPI (New Product Introduction) and PMC (Production and Material Control) experience is highly desirable.

Proficiency with SAP, ERP, Excel, and BI tools for supply chain and data analysis.

Strong skills in manufacturing project management, quality management, and cross-team coordination.

Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
