Production Supervisor

Job Title: Production Supervisor — Night Shift

Schedule: 6:00 PM — 6:00 AM (2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on / 3 days off rotation)

Location: Casa Grande, Arizona

Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead night shift operations at our fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will come from dairy, food & beverage, or other perishable goods manufacturing environments where product quality and timeliness are critical. This role requires a proven leader with strong supervisory experience and the ability to drive team performance while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all night shift production activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of production associates and leads.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company food safety standards.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines for perishable/time-sensitive products.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
• Track performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing policies and leading safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Required: Experience supervising in dairy, food & beverage manufacturing, or another perishable/time-sensitive goods industry.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate diverse teams on a high-volume production floor.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to work the night shift rotation (6 PM — 6 AM).
