About The Role
Join a dynamic Operations Team as anExecutive Assistant supporting four Vice Presidents who drive strategic initiatives across the organization’s fastest-growing business areas. This high-impact role places you at the center of executive decision-making while offering unparalleled exposure to operations strategy, cross-functional leadership, and organizational excellence.
You will be the operational backbone for the VPs of Partner Strategy & Operations, GTM Enablement, Sales Demand & Strategy Operations, and CS Strategy & Operations, leaders who shape how the organization scales and serves customers worldwide. Working alongside a collaborative team of Executive Assistants, you will drive efficiency, anticipate needs, and execute complex initiatives that directly impact business outcomes.
This is more than traditional administrative support; it’s a strategic partnership opportunity where you will own end-to-end offsite planning, manage communications, and help senior leaders focus on what matters most. Key Responsibilities
- Provide sophisticated calendar, travel, and meeting coordination for four VP-level executives
- Create comprehensive agendas, briefing documents, and pre-reads that set executives up for success
- Manage competing priorities across multiple leadership schedules and strategic initiatives
- Serve as a trusted liaison between executives, teams, customers, and external partners
- Own end-to-end planning for leadership meetings, executive visits, and internal strategic team offsites
- Drive project timelines, track cross-functional initiatives, and ensure follow-through on action items
- Support internal communications and maintain stakeholder alignment across complex initiatives
- Champion team culture across executive organizations through Slack channels, events, and milestone recognition
- Foster an inclusive, engaging environment that reflects the organization’s values
- Maintain distribution lists and facilitate seamless team communications
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Experience in the tech industry is a plus.
- Proven expertise managing complex calendars, confidential information, and competing priorities
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication abilities
- Experience with GSuite, travel coordination, and expense management systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Event planning and execution experience
- Customer service or client-facing background is a plus
- Ability to travel for offsites and executive events (3-4 times per year)

Compensation and Benefits
The cash compensation range for this role is $73,600—$110,400 USD Annually.
