About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Market Campaign Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate demand, acquire leads, and support customer onboarding and retention efforts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure that campaigns align with revenue and growth objectives. Given LawPro.ai’s rapid expansion and new product features like the “Case Assistant,” this position offers a unique opportunity to shape marketing processes and build scalable infrastructure that supports our growth trajectory. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of empowering legal professionals through innovative technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of professional experience, preferably in event management, demand generation, or marketing roles
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Apollo
- Proficiency in webinar platforms, particularly Zoom, for event execution
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn, grow, and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and manage deadlines effectively
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the webinar calendar aligned with overall marketing campaigns and product launches
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless webinar execution, including speaker preparation and technical setup
- Prepare promotional materials, invitations, reminders, and follow-up communications for webinars and campaigns
- Work with content creators to develop engaging presentations, scripts, and interactive elements for webinars
- Track attendance, engagement, and conversion metrics during webinars to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement
- Generate insightful reports post-webinar to inform future campaign strategies
- Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to plan, develop, and execute segmented email nurture campaigns across the funnel
- Create and manage segmented lists and automated workflows within HubSpot to support personalized marketing efforts
- Manage account enrichment activities twice annually to enhance segmentation accuracy
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines and content to optimize engagement and campaign performance
