Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will lead and oversee electrical engineering projects from conception through completion. This position offers a hybrid work environment and the opportunity to work on innovative projects while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems, including utility services, power, and lighting, in line with project requirements and industry standards.
• Ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other MEP systems (mechanical, plumbing, etc.) for optimal performance.
• Conduct on-site surveys and assessments to gather data, evaluate existing conditions, and inform system design and coordination.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other engineering professionals to develop customized solutions.
• Assist in managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Provide guidance and oversight to production engineers, ensuring high-quality work.
• Offer technical support to the team and clients throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and final delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant local and international codes, regulations, and standards.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, specifications, reports, and drawings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably with an MEP design or consulting firm.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
• Proficient in electrical design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Energy Pro, Visual, AGI, SKM, etc.
• Strong understanding of building codes and standards, including LEED certification processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing technical, time, and budgetary constraints.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize mechanical systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Experience in high-profile, large-scale projects is a plus.
• Project management experience and supervisory experience are highly desirable.

Pay Range: $130K – $150K – Yearly
