Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Project Manager

Location: 100% Remote (PST preferred)

Type: Long-term Contract (through 2026)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Project Manager to lead a full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. The role focuses on project management (not hands-on configuration or testing) coordinating with the SI, guiding HR stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementation from initiation to closure.

  • Act as subject matter expert to guide HR teams through design/process decisions.

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risks.

  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, and executive stakeholders.

  • Provide clear communication, status reports, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience.

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • ADP experience is a plus.

  • Open to candidates with valid work authorization (H1B acceptable with strong communication skills).

Note: This is a true PM role, not a functional lead position.
