Job Title: Technical Support

Location: Minneapolis Metro

Duration: Direct Hire Opportunity

Job Description:

  • Provide on-site and remote user support and guidance to ensure a stable end-user computing experience.
  • Meet ticket resolution SLAs.
  • Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment for each office.
  • Assist in office openings, moves, and upgrades.
  • Offer proactive input on process and system issues and assist in developing and implementing solutions.
  • Install and configure computer hardware and peripherals.
  • Travel may be required up to 30%. Minimum of 3 days in the office per week.

Essential Skills, Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in law firm applications like Microsoft Office and NetDocuments.
  • Strong knowledge of office local area networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
  • Experience in troubleshooting network printers, MFPs, and copiers.
  • Familiarity with iOS platform and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in end-user support and training.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or information technology preferred.
