Position Title: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Chandler, AZ

Duration: 8-Month Contract – potential to extend or convert full-time

Compensation: 21.91/Hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist with a strong background in customer service and data management , particularly within SAP systems. This role plays a critical part in analyzing supplier and customer data related to the ordering and delivery of spare parts, provisioning products, and associated services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to cultivate strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze supplier and customer data to support ordering and delivery of spare parts and services.
  • Process returned materials efficiently and accurately.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding spare parts requirements.
  • Resolve delivery issues and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Create and track performance metrics to monitor service quality.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer culture and business strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3 years of work experience in Customer Support or Program Management insupply chain/distribution/manufacturing/ logistics
  • Experience with Systems Applications and Processing (SAP)/ERP system
  • Strong Microsoft Office / Excel (VlookUps and Pivot Tables)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Proficiency in SAP for managing supplier and customer data.
  • Ability to generate and interpret performance metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
