Requirements


Must have:

– Extensive experience as a Scrum Master. – Strong grasp of Scrum principles and practices. – Capability to train and mentor teams utilizing agile methodologies. – Exceptional communication and leadership abilities. – Proficiency in team tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). – Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM) are advantageous.

Responsibilities:


  • Deliver training and coaching to teams on the Scrum methodology. – Organize and facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. – Eliminate any barriers that may hinder the team’s development. – Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure progress is visible and transparent. – Advocate for agile development concepts within the company. – Help identify and resolve issues within the team. – Ensure a proper setup and compliance with roles within the Scrum framework.
