Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Office & Workplace Operations Manager to own the daily operations of our offices and create consistent, high-quality employee experience across multiple locations. From managing facilities and vendors to fostering a welcoming environment, you’ll be the go-to person for everything that keeps our workplace running smoothly and our teams feeling supported. You’ll work on a blend of office management, workplace experience, event planning, lightweight administrative support and culture-building.

What You’ll Do
Office Operations & Facilities

Keep the office running smoothly: order supplies, purchase and stock snacks, and maintain general upkeep and tidiness of the space.

Act as the first point of contact for any office or building needs, liaising with property management, vendors, and contractors.

Support new hire desk setups, tech coordination, and seating plans.

Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring a professional, welcoming environment.
Workplace Experience

Ensure office spaces are clean, organized, and tech-enabled for meetings and collaboration

Develop and implement standards that create a cohesive workplace experience across all locations.

Create an inclusive, high-functioning workplace that supports diverse working styles and teams, including hybrid and remote employees when applicable.

Support internal events, celebrations, and culture-building activities.

Manage budgets related to office expenses and workplace initiatives.

Contribute to workplace safety initiatives and support emergency preparedness protocols.
What You’ll Bring:

3 years experience in office management, workplace operations, or a similar role (startup or fast-growth environment a plus).

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — approachable, professional, and solution-oriented.

Comfort with productivity tools (Outlook, Teams, or equivalents).

A proactive, service-minded attitude and a passion for creating great employee experiences.
