We’re now seeking a Head of Growth to lead our next stage of omni-channel expansion—accelerating customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across ecommerce, retail, and new distribution channels.
The Opportunity
This is a new leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with close collaboration across Marketing, Creative, and Operations. You will own and optimize the full customer funnel—from awareness to retention—through a data-driven growth strategy. A strong background in paid marketing, ecommerce/DTC, and retail expansion within consumer brands is essential. You’ll determine when to build in-house capabilities vs. leverage agencies, while scaling acquisition and deepening customer loyalty.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and scale paid marketing channels (social, search, programmatic), with daily CAC tracking and optimization.
- Drive ecommerce growth through conversion optimization, promotions, and LTV strategies.
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Product Development, and Creative to launch integrated campaigns.
- Build customer acquisition and retention strategies across the funnel, grounded in consumer insights and analytics.
- Expand and optimize omni-channel growth strategies, including retail partnerships.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team while fostering a culture of experimentation and scale.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of growth, performance marketing, and ecommerce/DTC experience (consumer/CPG strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition and retention through paid channels.
- Strong knowledge of both DTC and retail growth strategies.
- Ability to manage significant budgets, analyze ROI, and optimize campaigns.
- Experience building and leading high-performing growth teams.
- Strategic thinker who is also comfortable rolling up sleeves to execute.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
