Brand Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for executing, managing, and overseeing brand marketing across multiple channels, including e-commerce, retail marketing, social media, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is creative, thinks outside the box, detail-oriented, results-driven, and has a robust understanding of 360° marketing and storytelling. They should be able to develop and execute creative strategies that align with brand objectives while recommending approaches to drive growth. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to understand consumer behavior and market trends are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cohesion across all brand marketing verticals to ensure a seamless brand story and strategy.
  • Establish and maintain brand marketing budgets.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research to stay up to date with customer behavior and predict future trends.
  • Define KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide reporting.
  • Oversee campaign execution (digital, OOH, email, and creative assets).
  • Coordinate retail events and activations to drive engagement and sales.
  • Manage retail forecasts, open-to-buy, and sales goals with retail partners; build reporting to track performance by SKU.
  • Provide creative direction to the design team in alignment with the brand ethos.
  • Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales; manage sell-through and forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing or Brand Marketing.
  • Deep understanding of the skincare space, social media platforms, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, creativity, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to leverage data for sales and marketing strategy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full-time, in-person role based in Los Angeles.
