Overview
We are seeking a Senior QA Performance Test Engineer to lead performance testing for large-scale systems. This role is responsible for test strategy, script development, execution, monitoring, analysis, and reporting to ensure applications meet business performance requirements (SLAs) and operate at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute performance testing strategies (load, stress, spike, endurance).
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated performance test scripts.
  • Monitor system performance (response time, throughput, error rates, CPU/memory utilization).
  • Analyze results, report metrics, and track defects.
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and offshore QA teams.
  • Ensure testing standards, processes, and tools are followed.
  • Lead performance testing for enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, JDA).
  • Recommend improvements to processes, tools, and staffing models.
  • Mentor junior QA staff and provide testing best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5 years of QA Performance Testing experience.
  • Hands-on expertise with JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or LoadComplete.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, etc.).
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
  • Experience testing enterprise platforms (SAP, JDA, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with offshore teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master s degree or advanced certification (SAFe Agile, DevOps, etc.).
  • Experience with mobile testing tools (Appium, BrowserStack).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with API testing and multi-system integrations.
  • Experience with test management tools (Microfocus ALM, TFS, or similar).
