Duration: W2 Contract

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Owner to lead product vision, strategy, and execution. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of business value.

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, design, and QA to drive product delivery.

  • Define product roadmaps and release plans, balancing priorities across multiple initiatives.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring customer experience and feedback drive product decisions.

  • Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews with Agile teams.

  • Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and business outcomes.

  • Mentor junior product owners and contribute to continuous improvement of product management practices.

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 12 years of product management/product owner experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.

  • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Proven track record of defining product roadmaps and delivering successful digital products.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
