Position: Lead Cloud Security Platform Engineer/Architect (Azure)

About the Role
We are urgently seeking 1-2 highly skilled engineers to design and build scalable platforms that automate cloud security tooling-such as Wiz-within Azure environments. This position plays a critical role in advancing our cloud security posture by focusing on infrastructure automation, containerized Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and privileged access controls.
Required Qualifications
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services and architecture.
Deep knowledge of DevOps practices andcloud security principles.
Proven track record deploying security controls in enterprise Azure environments.
Hands-on experience with Terraform for IaC.
Proficiency in container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, AKS, or similar).
Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation and integration.
Experience reconstructing and maintaining scalable IaC frameworks.
Nice-to-Have / Pluses
Experience leading secure developer environment initiatives.
Background in AI evangelism or applying AI to security/automation use cases.
Familiarity with additional cloud security posture management tools.
CI/CD pipeline automation experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Build and scale systems to support cloud security controls.
Automate deployment and integration of tools like Wiz.
Reconstruct and optimize IaC frameworks for repeatability and resilience.
Implement and enforce privileged access management within Azure.
Collaborate closely with engineering and security teams to deliver secure solutions.
Participate in interviews with Elliot and team during the hiring process.
