Salary: $65.00 USD Hourly – $75.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a SAP Operational Analyst!

Position Summary:

We are seeking a SAP Techno-Functional Analyst with strong expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling). This role is responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring SAP systems (non-ABAP), coordinating testing, and ensuring readiness for production deployment. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and IT, driving efficient and scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and document functional requirements.
  • Develop and maintain requirement plans for SAP SD and FICO modules.
  • Configure SAP systems to meet business needs (no ABAP development required).
  • Coordinate and execute testing activities, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Ensure solutions are production-ready and support go-live activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in SAP SD and FICO.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Techno-Functional SAP Analyst.
  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD and SAP FICO modules.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP configuration (non-ABAP).
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience in coordinating testing and deployment activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
