Marketing Assistant
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide hands-on support to the marketing team across digital, content, events, and brand-building initiatives. This entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a desire to learn.
The Marketing Assistant will report to the Marketing Director and work closely with sales, operations, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the company website, product listings, and digital assets.
- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns across paid, organic, email, and social media channels.
- Review and monitor online platforms (including website, Amazon, and social media) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Organize and coordinate logistics for trade shows, industry events, and customer-facing presentations.
- Track marketing metrics and compile reports to share insights with leadership.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategy and decision-making.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and scheduling support for the marketing team.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally focused on Digital Marketing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or SalesPad.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
