We’re looking for an experienced events professional who thrives in high-visibility, executive-facing environments. In this role, you’ll help create and deliver world-class experiences for senior technology leaders, including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and other C-suite executives from some of the world’s largest organizations.

  • $60/hr – weekly pay
  • Monday through Friday; 9a-5p
  • Through March 2027 with possibility of extension

You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic executive events throughout the year, including both company-hosted programs and industry conferences. These events are designed to foster meaningful customer relationships, showcase innovation, and create impactful executive-level conversations.

This role requires a unique combination of event management expertise, executive presence, operational excellence, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the planning and execution of executive-level customer events from concept through completion.
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 6–10 strategic events annually, ranging from intimate executive roundtables to multi-day customer experiences.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership, marketing, sales, and product teams to define event objectives and deliver exceptional attendee experiences.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, briefing documents, agendas, talking points, and customer-facing materials.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for C-suite attendees and internal executives before, during, and after events.
  • Coordinate logistics, registration, attendee communications, vendors, agencies, venues, and on-site operations.
  • Ensure flawless execution while maintaining a premium experience for customers and leadership teams.
  • Support participation in third-party industry conferences and external executive events.
  • Track event performance, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience managing executive events, customer events, field marketing events, or strategic corporate programs.
  • Proven experience supporting C-suite audiences, senior leaders, or executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong executive presence and confidence interacting with senior business leaders.
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations, briefing materials, and event communications.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership teams.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a highly visible role.
