What is The Role
As a Business Analyst, IT Transformation, you will play a key role in defining, driving, and collaborating on Corporate Functions projects across various business units, particularly IT, Legal, HR, and InfoSec. This role will partner and collaborate with business leaders and employees to make decisions using data, document business processes and requirements, and recommend features that improve an employee’s experience, drive automation, scale processes, and encourage innovation.
This role is for you if you enjoy having a high degree of responsibility for turning ambiguous problems into actionable requirements. You are inquisitive, build strong relationships with team members, and proactively tackle problems. You have superb communication and project-management skills, and are able to clearly explain complex concepts through speech, writing, and visuals.
What You Will Be Doing
- Work with internal customers to analyze sophisticated business processes, capture current and future state, and build business requirements documents. Use data to make decisions as well as to define and measure project success post launch.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and recommend changes that improve responsiveness, introduce automation, or enhance end user experience.
- Plan and lead workshops that drive team member alignment and drive gap analysis conversations.
- Communicate regularly with partners to ensure that all parties have a shared understanding of project goals, requirements, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including use cases, process flowcharts, and requirements, ensuring consistency and transparency across system implementations.
- Provide domain expertise on current state processes and problems to help identify gaps and opportunities; stay up-to-date about industry news to make informed recommendations.
- Interpret data from a variety of sources, and identify patterns and trends.
- Validate that proposed solutions meet the business requirements.
- Define test scripts for defined workflows impacted within UAT.
- Support the Corporate Function program and broader IT roadmap and high-level strategy.
- Be involved in multiple projects within the program
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a business analyst or similar role
- Solid understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and system documentation.
- Adept at identifying technical faults and capable of drawing on past experiences to drive improvements
- BS or BA, or equivalent working experience
- Project Management experience
- Experience with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
- Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills needed, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly evolving priorities in a fast growing company.
- Successful in dealing with company personnel at all levels
- Ability to work independently

Salary Range
The typical starting salary range for this role is:
$94,300—$149,200 USD
The typical starting salary range for this role in select locations is:
$113,300—$179,200 USD
