Job Title: Business Analyst

Duration: 18 Months

Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid 3x a week)

Pay: $55 – $60/h

++Requirements:++

• 8-10 overall years of experience in the field
• Bachelor’s degree is required to be eligible for this role
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with PowerPoint/Office tools and executive presentations (this is critical for success in the role. They must be able to naturally express themselves through presentations and have years of experience in this area).
• Minimum 1 years’ experience with Project Management, specifically collaborating with cross-functional teams (candidates should be able to bring people together and synthesize their input to move projects forward)
• Disqualifiers: Candidates from the oil & gas, mining, automotive may not be a fit so that would be a red flag to the sponsor. Tech company experience preferred

• The ideal resume would contain strong collaboration, executive presentation skills, and ability to synthesize information for leadership

++Summary/ Day to Day:++

• Consolidated and aligned report out from cross functional SMEs (Sourcing, Supply Chain, Finance, NPI, Planning, Projects, Engineering)
• Schedule ROB meetings, pre-alignment meetings, dry-runs
• Publish pre-reads, meeting summaries, action summaries
• Drive ownership of actions, agenda, and schedule

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
